Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
🚚 Shipping Times
United States:
Orders ship via USPS or FedEx, with delivery estimated in 15–20 business days.
International:
Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your region and the fulfillment center location.
⏳ Please note: Unexpected delays may occur due to customs, weather, peak periods, or global disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also check the status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
❌ Cancellations & Address Changes
Need to cancel or update your order?
Email us at theavetra@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Use the subject line: “CANCEL MY ORDER”.
Entered the wrong shipping address?
Let us know within 24 hours. After your order ships, we’re unable to make changes.
🚪 Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
💥 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email theavetra@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement—free of charge.
